How long will it take?

It is difficult to give a precise timetable or estimate. As this is affected by many factors. On average  majority of transactions complete within 6 to 12 weeks. Transactions without any finance or mortgage or where there is no chain involved, generally proceed quickly. Transactions which are part of a chain or with mortgage finance and or with third-party funding may take a little longer.
